Acoustic Technician

Due to increasing workload we are interested in receiving applications for the role of Acoustic Technician either on a temporary or permanent contract.

Applicants should be enthusiastic and reliable with good communication and IT skills, and qualifications in maths, physics, acoustics or engineering related subjects.

The work will include:

• downloading of data from remote noise and vibration monitors;
• data processing and analysis;
• noise and vibration monitoring;
• acoustic modelling;
• drafting of survey reports; and
• provision of general support to the in-house team of consultants.

The applicant will be required to travel within the South East of England and London, with occasional travel beyond. Individuals should be flexible and prepared to work outside normal office hours including nights and weekends, when required. A current full driver’s licence is essential and car ownership is preferred.
