Current UK and EU legislation places risk management and other responsibilities on operators of noisy premises. Southdowns has successfully negotiated with Local Authority Environmental Health Officers for major clients where Statutory Nuisance Notices have been served on premises. Such advice often requires a rapid response to ensure that the required ameliorative measures are identified and administered within the prescribed Notice periods. We are able to conduct risk assessments for particularly sensitive sites and operations.
