They are experts in their field and have over 10 years' experience of air quality, dust, emissions and odour assessment, management and monitoring.
Southdowns operates an assessment team and a monitoring team, with strong interface between the teams to provide a comprehensive service with synthesis of cutting edge knowledge and equipment. The assessment team uses the state of the art dispersion model ADMS for assessment of road and points sources and their impacts and effects on sensitive receptors, along with other assessment tools. The monitoring team offer environmental and occupational surveys using applied knowledge of environmental and occupational monitoring requirements and the appropriate monitoring equipment, from continuous analysers to dust deposition gauges, to provide a focused, cost effective service to meet the client's needs and regulatory requirements.
